Monit Data’s MeldMan with QR codes
MeldMan now makes managing parking equipment even simpler. By using QR codes on equipment, faults and tasks can be reported and managed more quickly and easily. This allows equipment to be put back into operation in less time, resulting in higher satisfaction among customers and staff, and fewer lost revenues.
Operators of parking facilities often use equipment from multiple suppliers. Their parking assets might also include multiple locations. This makes central and transparent management of all the installed equipment a challenging task.

MeldMan (Dutch for Reporting Management) is a user-friendly application for ticket management of (parking) equipment. This may involve unexpected incidents such as malfunctions or damage. In a single dashboard you can manage the entire incident, from the first report to supplier response and resolution. Staff and management always have full oversight with clear (daily) reports and task lists.

MeldMan with QR codes
MeldMan is already easy to use for staff, as it works on any (mobile) device with internet access. In addition, all information, history and the status of an incident or planned task can be seen in a single view in an easy to understand dashboard.
But now, MeldMan has become even more user-friendly. Equipment to be managed is given a sticker with a QR code. By scanning this code, the staff member is taken directly to the MeldMan screen of that equipment. A report can then be created instantly, or the current status can be checked.
With the addition of QR codes, managing your (parking) equipment becomes even easier. This shortens equipment downtime, leading to greater satisfaction for both customers and staff, and fewer lost revenues.
