Since the introduction of MeldMan in 2015, we have celebrated many important milestones—from welcoming our first customer and creating the very first ticket to expanding internationally. Last week brought another memorable moment with the creation of the 200,000th ticket in the platform, submitted by the Municipality of Dordrecht.

With MeldMan, tickets for incidents such as equipment failures can be created, managed, and resolved efficiently. In addition to incident management, the platform also supports planned tasks such as preventive maintenance and cleaning.

Today, more than 500 parking garages and 800 on-street parking machines are managed with Monit’s MeldMan throughout the Netherlands and across the German-speaking DACH region, including parking facilities operated by APCOA.
